Eltz Castle

Dating back to 850 and situated on the hills above the Moselle River, Eltz Castle has remained intact since its construction. It still belongs to the same family (Eltz Family) since the 12th century, 33 generations ago. Built atop a 70-meter-high rock, the castle is located on an important Roman trade route between rich lands and their markets and is surrounded by a forest bearing its name.

Neuschwanstein Palace

Neuschwanstein Palace, located in Bavaria, is one of the most famous and iconic castles in the world. Built by King Ludwig II of Bavaria, also known as the “Mad King,” the castle was inspired by the operas of Richard Wagner and medieval architectural elements, although it was erected in the 19th century. Started in 1869, Neuschwanstein was intended as a personal retreat for the king, who wished to escape public life. Unfortunately, Ludwig II died under mysterious circumstances in 1886 before the castle was fully completed.

Nuremberg Castle

Located in the city of Nuremberg, this castle is one of the most important and oldest in Germany. With origins dating back to the 11th century, the castle served as an imperial residence during the Holy Roman Empire. It is divided into three main parts: the Palas (royal residence), the Sinwell Tower, and the Imperial Chapel. The castle played a crucial role in German history, serving as a fortress and symbol of power for German emperors.

Schwerin Palace

Situated in the city of Schwerin, this impressive palace is located on an island in Lake Schwerin. Built in the neo-Renaissance style during the 19th century, the palace was the residence of the Grand Dukes of Mecklenburg-Schwerin. Today, it houses the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Known for its beautiful gardens and elaborate architecture, Schwerin Palace is one of the main tourist attractions in the region.

An Unforgettable Journey Through the Bavarian Alps

The Bavarian Alps are one of the most enchanting regions of Germany. Located in the south, near the Austrian border, the Alps offer breathtaking mountainous landscapes, snow-covered peaks, and picturesque villages that seem to have come out of a fairy tale.
